JENNIFER LONG PHILBECK
Ms. Philbeck practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate administration, workers’ compensation defense, and general civil litigation. Ms. Long is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Ms. Philbeck graduated from Wake Forest University (B.A., Psychology, 2003) and Campbell University School of Law (J.D. 2007). Ms. Philbeck also graduated from the Campbell University Lundy-Fetterman School of Business (MBA, May 2007). In law school, Ms. Philbeck was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and the Project for Older Prisoners. Ms. Philbeck is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. After graduation from law school, Ms. Philbeck served a one-year clerkship to the Honorable Ann Marie Calabria of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Ms. Philbeck is a trained guardian ad litem and has volunteered as a guardian ad litem. She is a member of the Gaston County, North Carolina, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations. Ms. Philbeck is a native of Lincoln County and now resides in Charlotte.
