LEGAL WORK:
Represents construction contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and owners in the prosecution and defense of project claims, lien and bond claims, contract issues, delays, impact, and other commercial construction litigation in federal and state courts and in mediation and arbitration.

Represents businesses in commercial litigation, including UCC issues, debt collections, breach of contract, covenants-not-to-compete and commercial real estate matters such as lease disputes.

Represents businesses in business and trade tort litigation, including interference with contract and prospective economic advantage, unfair competition, trade secrets, fraud, misrepresentation, and Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices.

Advises contractors, subcontractors, and owners in negotiating and drafting construction contracts, dealing with licensing issues, and construction defect issues.

Mr. Peindl lives in Charlotte with his wife, Samantha Peindl.
