Education
Mr. Kennedy graduated from Wofford College (B.A. 2016) and Washington and Lee University School of Law (J.D. 2019). While in law school, Mr. Kennedy served as a board member of the Latin American Law Student Association.
Role at MHC
Mr. Kennedy practices primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, employment law, business law, corporate law, and general civil litigation.
Professional Bio
Mr. Kennedy is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kennedy represented commercial clients in litigation matters. Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Gaston County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association.
Personal Bio
Mr. Kennedy grew up in nearby Mooresboro, NC. He is married and has two children.
When he’s not busy helping clients, Mr. Kennedy enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. If he wasn’t a lawyer, he’d be a professional golfer.
