Mr. Grayson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (J.D. 2021), Appalachian State University (B.S. 2018), and Gaston Christian School (2014).

Role at MHC

Mr. Grayson primarily practices in the areas of real estate, land use & development, and business and commercial transactions.

Mr. Grayson assists clients with a variety of real estate-related transactions, commercial and residential, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, leasing, financing, and foreclosures. He also assists clients in the areas of zoning, land use, and homeowners’ and community associations. Mr. Grayson’s practice also includes general business matters, where he assists clients in business formation, contract preparation and review, and stock and asset purchases.

Professional Bio

Mr. Grayson is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Gaston County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world.

Personal Bio

Mr. Grayson grew up in Gaston and Cleveland County and enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He has had a life-long passion for architecture and real estate. In 2015, Mr. Grayson was licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and participated in a year-long real-estate apprenticeship. In law school and college, Mr. Grayson served as the Vice-Chair of the UNC Honor Court and participated in internships with law firms in Palm Beach and Charlotte, and with the Washington D.C. Office of U.S. Senator Bill Nelson. He is a dedicated App State Football and UNC Basketball fan.
